No, a doctor’s referral is not required. Physiotherapists are first contact practitioners, which means you can book directly with us without needing to see a GP or paediatrician first.

The first session will focus on understanding your child’s current functional abilities and needs. This includes a comprehensive assessment, goal-setting discussion, and collaborative planning. We'll take time to get to know your child, observe their movement patterns, and discuss any concerns you may have. Where appropriate, we’ll also begin introducing therapeutic activities.

Yes, we offer Telehealth physiotherapy services, which can include guided exercise sessions, monitoring progress, and parent/carer coaching. This can be a convenient and effective option, especially for families in remote areas or during periods when in-person sessions aren’t possible.
Safety and comfort are our top priorities. All our therapists are fully qualified, insured, and hold current Working With Children Checks and NDIS Worker Screening. We take time to build rapport with each child and adjust our sessions based on their preferences, needs, and sensory profile.
