PHYSIOTHERAPY ASSESMENTS
Comprehensive physiotherapy assessments are completed to understand each child’s or young adult’s strengths, challenges, and functional goals.
Assessments may involve observing movement, posture, play, balance, strength, and motor skills alongside gathering information from families and other professionals.
The assessment forms the foundation for developing an individualised therapy plan to address specific needs and set achievable goals.
PHYSIOTHERAPY SESSIONS
Physiotherapy sessions are provided in the client's natural environment — whether at home, preschool, or school — ensuring therapy is practical, relevant, and easily integrated into daily routines.
Sessions may focus on improving gross motor skills, balance, coordination, and strength through play-based and functional activities. Telehealth options are also available for flexible, remote sessions.

PARENT/CARER COACHING
Parent/carer coaching sessions provide families with practical strategies and guidance to support their child’s development at home or in the community. These sessions are collaborative, offering tools and techniques to help parents integrate therapy goals into daily activities.
Parent/carer coaching can be offered in-person or via Telehealth, ensuring support is accessible regardless of location.
